Phat came to the U.S. from Saigon in 2010 and found his craft here. He built his foundation on the philosophy of Toni&Guy Cutting, then refined it under the guidance of Anh Co Tran, founder of @Livedinhair. Ten years behind the chair — and just as long lifting up other stylists. Education is his passion: as he evolves, he passes it on. Together, we grow.
